Sarah Berry, Director, Communications & Partnerships
Sarah brings with her 29 years of professional experience. Post her last service at the Embassy of Switzerland, New Delhi (2014), where she served as the Official Coordinator for the celebration of bi-lateral ties between Switzerland and India, Sarah began her journey as a Consultant in the social impact sector, working with more than 25 NGOs; her areas of expertise are: communication, partnerships, and external affairs, besides serving as an Editor too. Sarah has written more than 700 articles for mainlines, regionals, domain-specific publications, and digital media. She serves/d as a trustee and advisory board member for more than five NGOs.


Aarti Doshi, Accounts Manager & Project Coordinator
Aarti has been with Children’s Hope India since 2013. She is the Accounts Manager and Project Coordinator for the organization. Prior to working at CHI, she was in charge of Admissions and assisting with Financial Aid at Spartan Health Sciences University. Aarti received her bachelor’s degree from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, University of Mumbai.


Ravi Ganti, CHI Expert-Programs
Ravi joined Children's Hope India as Expert-Programs managing operations of CHI projects in India. Prior to joining CHI, he worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Ekalavya Schools (Kasturi Trust) from 2016 to 2024.
He was instrumental in leading a Science Education project at Byrraju Foundation for high school students in 100 adopted government schools across united Andhra Pradesh. Raviworked as a Non-Formal Education (NFE) expert for ‘World Education’ on a FAO-UN project. In this project, he worked with nine partner NGOs across seven drought prone districts with the farming community across united Andhra Pradesh.
Ravi has spent 23 years working in the Education and Development sectors. He taught undergraduate and postgraduate students in leading educational institutions for 9 years. He did his master’s courses in Microbiology and Human Resource Management.


Zoie Gorelik, Chief Development Officer
Zoie brings a deep passion for grassroots development and donor engagement to her role as Chief Development Officer at Children’s Hope India. She holds a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Sustainable Development and Global Practice from the University of Denver, where she cultivated her knowledge in fostering systemic change and empowering underserved communities.
With 16 months of hands-on experience in Ahmedabad, India, working with Manav Sadhna, a nonprofit based at the Gandhi Ashram dedicated to education, health, and community empowerment, Zoie honed her skills in donor relations, storytelling, and building meaningful connections between supporters and impactful initiatives. Her time in India deepened her conviction to dedicate her career to serving underprivileged communities in the region and mobilizing resources to create sustainable change.


Tamla Robins, Operations Manager
Tamla holds a Master's in Urban Affairs from Hunter College with a focus on nonprofit management. She has over 18 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in higher education programs that support the educational and professional development of vulnerable young people.
She was a Program Coordinator at Columbia University’s Workplace Center, providing consultation and training on evidence-based career readiness services for young people in the child welfare system. Tamla also served as the Program Coordinator for Hunter College’s Public Service Scholar Program, an internship initiative aimed at increasing leadership in public service, particularly among women and ethnic minorities.
Additionally, she was a Program Administrator for the Liberty Partnership Programs at Hunter College and Columbia University, supporting their mission to reduce high school dropout rates. Tamla has also worked as a consultant to community groups, assisting with board expansion and engaging businesses in community development projects.
